YOUTH TRAINING

Catering to adults has been the focus of the health and fitness industry for many years. Thus, many gyms and fitness professionals are only trained to work with adult clients. At Everus Fitness, we understand the importance of investing in tomorrow’s adults and unleashing their self-defined limits to assist in their healthy development. Whether the goal is to develop the habit of a healthier lifestyle or to improve athleticism, our qualified professionals will develop an individualized program that considers physical capability and approaches particular needs and goals in a safe, fun, and effective way.

 

Under Youth Training, we offer the Youth Wellness Program and Youth Sport Specific Training Program.

 

Youth Wellness Program

Learning to live a healthier lifestyle obviously brings tremendous lifetime advantages and offers a sense of fulfillment and wellbeing. Our Youth Wellness Program is about helping to build a healthier lifestyle by incorporating physical activities and healthier eating habits into personal lifestyle patterns. This program is comprised of comprehensive health and fitness analysis, a personalized fitness program, nutrition counseling, and private fitness sessions. Age requirement: 15 years and up.

 

Youth Sport-Specific Training Program

Becoming an athlete with a competitive edge starts at an early age. Youth Sport-Specific Training at Everus Fitness is about utilizing training techniques to help young athletes optimize their athletic abilities, in order to maximize future potential. No matter what sport your young athlete plays, we are able to assess physical demands of the specific sport to position and create a program that develops athletic skills necessary to improve performance. Our program includes an initial movement screen assessment, a customized program, and private sessions with a qualified trainer. Age requirement: 15 years and up.
