Basketball

Basketball is a game of quickness, high jumps, sharp cuts, and sprinting. Everus Fitness’s basketball conditioning program will improve athletes’ jumps, acceleration, deceleration and multidirectional speeds, so that they are fully equipped to meet the physical demands of basketball and compete at their peak level. Under our program, each athlete will receive his/her own customized program that addresses individual needs and improves the athlete’s performance level.

 

Baseball

We’ve designed our golf-conditioning program around four physical key components essential for golf performance: flexibility, stability, strength and power. Tennis

Tennis matches can last anywhere from 30 minutes to over 6 hours. It is a competitive game that requires not only excellent athleticism but also stamina to keep competitors at their highest level for a long duration of time. At Everus Fitness, we customize your tennis conditioning program to improve aerobic and anaerobic endurance, lateral, linear, multi-directional speed, strength and power, while reducing the potential risk of injury.

 

Soccer
