Our personal training program is designed to help you reach your potential and achieve your goals by providing dedicated support and extensive industry expertise. With us, you will be training under the guidance of highly qualified professionals to follow your personalized program that employs cutting edge, scientific, and evidence-based training methodologies often used to train elite professional athletes. No matter what training stage you are at, Everus Fitness partners with you to advance your fitness level and to produce results you want.

 

Our personal training program is comprised of three stages. Each stage ensures gradual improvements in your fitness level and prepares your body to progressively advance you to the next stage while challenging your body to maximize your results.

 

Stage 1: Preconditioning As an initial phase of our training, the Preconditioning stage focuses on correcting muscle imbalances while improving flexibility, posture, and core stability. Development of these fundamentals ensures your proper and safe progress to the Conditioning stage.

 

Stage 2: Conditioning Conditioning stage focuses on developing functional strength, aerobic and anaerobic systems, and neuromuscular efficiency. At this stage, you may improve your muscular endurance, functional stability, and posture control. Furthermore, an increased lean muscle mass, lower body fat percentage, and overall strength development are often experienced as results of Conditioning training.

 

Stage 3: Performance Performance stage is all about meeting and exceeding your goals. At this stage, you will improve functional strength and neuromuscular efficiency for optimal performance. Development of dynamic posture stability, flexibility, core strength, neuromuscular control, and anaerobic fitness would enable you to achieve high performance in your athletic activities as well as daily tasks while preventing injuries. By acquiring advanced training techniques and mastering training mechanics, you also gain control of your own physique and fitness level and train yourself to achieve a desired outcome.

 

To maintain exceptional quality of our personal training program, all our fitness professionals are hand-selected for their academic accomplishments, industry knowledge, field experience, and dedication to serve. At minimum, our fitness professionals possess academic degrees, two industry-leading certifications, two years of field experience, and completion of our education program.
