Mixed Berry Protein Shake

This shake is high in anti-oxidants, live probiotics, protein, and natural fruity flavor. Plus, this is a super easy recipe that only takes up 5 minutes of your time. It is not only low-calorie but also high in protein and fiber – just perfect for your morning or after a tough workout!

 

 

INGREDIENTS



½ cup Yogurt

½ cup Milk

1 serving Protein Powder

¼ cup Banana

½ cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blue berries, raspberries, etc)

1 tbsp Flax seeds

Put each ingredient in a blender and blend it all up!
